The Mesa County Sheriff’s Department today identified an infant who was found dead on Saturday as Alesana Mowery, 6 months.
An investigation remains active and such probes are standard procedure in child deaths, the sheriff’s department said in a news release.
Deputies were called to the child’s home, 3178 D 1/2 Road, unit A, Saturday morning.
