Muriel Baldwin, 78, Grand Junction, died April 16, 2017, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Survivors include four sons, Kevin Edmonds and Jerry Brake, both of Grand Junction, William Edmonds of Colorado Springs, and Jason Baldwin of Missouri; two daughers, Sandra Baldwin,and Debra Edmonds, both of Grand Junction; one sister, Toni Guddendorf of Pueblo; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Kenneth Wayne Carpenter, 58, Clifton, died April 17, 2017, in Grand Junction.

Survivors include his wife, Reva Pavlisick; one son, Scott Wayne of Las Vegas, Nevada; one daughter, Jazmynn Blue Carpenter of Grand Junction; one brother, Gene Grant of Eagle, Alaska; three sisters, Lydia, Judith, and Debra; and eight grandchildren.

Carol Ann O’Connor, 77, Grand Junction, died April 19, 2017, at Palisade Living Center.

Private services will take place.

Survivors include one son, Shawn of Loma; three daughters, Crystal Murphy of Grand Junction, Suzan O’Connor of Portland, Oregon, and Colette Brown of Spokane, Washington; two brothers, Leo Fiegel of Grand Junction and Steve Fiegel of Windsor; one sister, Jeanne Gargano of Greeley; and nine grandchildren.

Memorial contributions to the Catholic Outreach, 245 S. First St., Grand Junction 81501; or to the Bethel Assembly of God Church, 2945 Orchard Ave., Grand Junction 81504.

Grace Marie Price, 80, Clifton, died April 17, 2017, at HopeWest and Palliative Care Center.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Callahan Edfast Mortuary. Services will take place at 3 p.m. May 7 at the mortuary.

She was a nurse.

Phyllis Rhoda, 79, Grand Junction, died April 16, 2017, at her home.

Survivors include two sons, Jon Butterbaugh of Grand Junction, and Guy Butterbaugh of West Jordan, Utah; one brother, Preston James McClanahan of Grand Junction; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Jeannette “Korky” Rose, 72, Clifton, died April 19, 2017, at her daughter’s home.

Services will take place at a later date.

She was a secretary.

Survivors include her husband, Max; two sons, Robert Penna of Broomfield and David Rose of Grand Junction; two daughters, Tami Robinson and Jolene Ferguson, both of Grand Junction; one brother, Anthony Hladek of Colorado Springs; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
