■ Audrey Babbel, 70, Grand Junction, died April 21, 2012, at her home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Martin Mortuary. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the mortuary.  Burial will be at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.

Mrs. Babbel was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Gene; four sons, Kevin VanVelzen, John Babbel, Paul Babbel and Seth Babbel; two daughters, Dawn Krolczyk and Keli Frasier; her father, Howard Cooper; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

■ Archie Carver, 94, Fruita, died April 21, 2012, at Family Health West.

Visitation will be from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday at Martin Mortuary. Services will be at a later date.

Mr. Carver was a mining engineer.

Survivors include one sister, Dorothy Hines of Grand Junction.

■ Tommie Dee Edris, 42, Clifton, died April 22, 2012, at her home.

Visitation will be from 10:30 to noon today at Palisade Funeral Home.

Mrs. Edris was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, James; her father, Tom; one brother, Thomas J. Bingman; and four sisters, Deenise River, Darla River, Debbie Mallone and Denise McArthur.

■ Mary Lou Hairston, 74, Grand Junction, died April 21, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

No services are planned.

Ms. Hairston was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son, Jimmy of Idaho; one daughter, Adrienne Tidwell of Texas; and one sister, Dianne Beasley of Colorado.

■ Lowell Robert “Bob” Hale, 86,  of Montrose, died April 21, 2012, at his home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Crippin Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Crippin Chapel, with burial to follow at Grand View Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret; one daughter, Elaine Jones of Montrose; one son, Steve of Montrose; and three grandchildren.

Memorial contributions to the San Juan Cancer Center, 600 S. Fifth St., Montrose 81401.

■ Charlotte May Hovey, 78, Montrose, died April 21, 2012, at Vista View Living Center.

Services will be at 11 a.m. May 5 at Valley Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son, Clint of North Salt Lake, Utah; one daughter, Vicky Jolley of Cory; one brother, Art Cannon of Delta; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

■ Wilma H. McPherson, 92, Grand Junction, died April 22, 2012, at Hospice Care Center.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Canyon View Vineyard Church, with a reception to follow. Private inurnment will follow at Divide Creek Cemetery in Silt.

Survivors include three sons, Donald and Kenneth, both of Meeker; and Clifford of New Castle; one daughter, Janice Matticks of Grand Junction; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

■ Barry P. Michrina, 64, Grand Junction, died April 17, 2012, at his home.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Colorado Mesa University ballroom.

Dr. Michrina was a professor of anthropology.

Survivors include three brothers, Ken and Alan, both of Portage, Pa., and Mark of Duncanville, Pa.; two sisters, Barbara Brown of Huntingdon, Pa., and Bonnie Fox of Portage; and his mother, Annamae Michrina of Cresson, Pa.

■ Marjory Ann Suminski, 73, Grand Junction, died April 23, 2012, at Hospice Care Center.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

Ms. Suminski was a retail clerk.

Survivors include one son, Jim of Rifle; one daughter, Lori Sheldon of Grand Junction; one sister, Delores Papp of Milwaukee, Wis.; and four grandchildren.
