John Bakios, 91, Grand Junction, died April 23, 2014, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Visitation-Trisagion will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary Chapel. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church. Interment will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.

Mr. Bakios was a supervisor in the textile industry.

He is survived by his wife, June B.; two daughters, Pamela Bakios of Snowmass Village and Barbara Bakios-Wickes of Aspen; two brothers, Peter of Reno, Nev., and James of Dairy, N.H.; and two grandchildren.

Edward E. Gallagher, 74, Grand Junction, died April 23, 2014, at Mantey Heights.

No services are planned.

Mr. Gallagher was a certified nurse assistant.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy; one son, Sean of Grand Junction; one daughter, Cynthia Gallagher of Grand Junction; one brother, James of O’Neill, Neb.; and two sisters, Edith Gallagher of Omaha, Neb., and Marilyn Park of Schylerville, N.Y.

Paul R. Kelly, 61, Grand Junction, died April 23, 2014, at his home.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Burial will be at Grand Junction Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Kelly was a musician.

He is survived by his wife, Katey; one son, Max Andrew of Craig; one daughter; Sarah Duncan of Denver; and one sister, Patty Kelly of Grand Junction.

Martha Ann Rife, 85, Grand Junction, died April 21, 2014,  at her home.

No services are planned at this time.

Mrs. Rice was a secretary for the state of Colorado.

She is survived by her husband, Don D.; one son, Bruce of Homer, Alaska; one daughter, Catherine Mangan of Highlands Ranch; and four grandchildren.

Marjorie Jane Rohde, 86, Eckert, died April 22, 2014, at her home.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Delta. Private family burial will be at Cedaredge Cemetery.

She is survived by one son, James Parmenter of Delta; one daughter, Katherine A. “Kathy” Bridges of Hotchkiss; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Steven Jerald Tix, 55, Parachute, died April 22, 2014, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Crown Peak Baptist Church in Parachute.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy; two sons, Jeremiah Steven of Parachute and Brandon Clifford of Ramstein Air Base, Germany; his parents, Clifford and Karen of Princeton, Minn.; three brothers, Kenneth of Bailey, and Peter and Mark, both of Elk River, Minn.; and five grandchildren.
