■ Mary Catherine “Kay” Beede, 85, Grand Junction, died April 25, 2014 at her home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Canyon View Vineyard Chapel.
Mrs. Beede was a secretary.
She is survived by her husband Wayne E.; two sons, Ross A. and Dale, both of Grand Junction; two daughters, Joan Milholland and Carol A. Clark, both of Grand Junction; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

■ Laurence E. Beazley, 89, Grand Junction, died April 26, 2014, at Community Hospital. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at The First Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife Lorraine; a son Jeffrey; two daughters, Joyce Midgley of Grand Junction and Miriam Allen of Mariposa, Calif.; two sisters, Lillian Joffer of Nampa, Idaho, and Georgiella Essenwanger of Upland, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

■ Ruth Marie Boatman, 85, Paonia, died April 26, 2014, at Paonia Care and Rehabilitation Center. No services will be held.
She is survived by her husband Melvin; one son, Gene of Craig; two daughters, Wanda Boden of Hotchkiss and Pat Summers of Austin; two sisters, Doris Clydesdale of Norton, Kan., and Elsie Schafer of Byull, Idaho; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

■ Lois A. Brodak, 98, Grand Junction, died April 28, 2014, at her home. Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Martin Mortuary, with a services following at 10 a.m. Graveside services will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, William (Bill) and Jim, both of Grand Junction; two daughters, Barbara Moore of Grand Junction and Beverly Bluhm of Corona, Calif.; two sisters, Esther Smith of Aurora and Betty Strong of Newman Grove, Neb.; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren,

■ Charlotte F. Mayne, 88, Grand Junction, died March 14, 2014, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at The Fountains at Hilltop.
Mrs. Mayne was a bookkeeper.
She is survived by her husband Maynard Hesselbarth; two sons, Larry of Kennewick, Wash., and Paul of Cedaredge; one daughter, Carla Roberts of New Castle; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

■ Mozelle E. Mickey, 90, Grand Junction, died April 26, 2014, at Community Hospital. Services are pending with Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.
Ms. Mickey was an accountant.
She is survived by two daughters, Donna Brown of Grand Junction and Linda Mickey of Aztec, N.M.; nine grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
■ Anastacia “Anna” Schaffner, 84, died Sunday, April 27, 2014, in Hotchkiss.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at St. Andrew’s Orthodox Church,
followed by interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Paonia.
Ms. Schaffner is survived by her brother, Dean Stavrakis of Salt Lake City.

■ Elvis Lee Taylor, 77, Grand Junction, died April 26, 2014, at Pioneers Health Center in La Junta. A cremation will take place.
Mr. Taylor was a teacher and a musician.
He is survived by one son, Mark, of Tehachapi, Calif.; one sister, Norma Myers; and two grandchildren.
■ Philip Henry Woodruff, 81, Hotchkiss, died April 27, 2014, at Colorado State Veterans Nursing Home in Rifle. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Zach’s Pavillion in Hotchkiss.
He is survived by his wife, Mary LoRene; one son, Henry Jack of Naples, Italy; one daughter, Grace Madison Whitmer of Brighton; one sister, Anne Brown; and one grandchild.
