■ Michael D. Dyer, 68, Grand Junction, died April 3, 2012, at his home.
No services will be held.
Mr. Dyer was a sales representative for the mining industry.
Survivors include one son, Scott Burns of Paonia; one brother, Rick of Grand Junction; one sister, Patsy Wubben of Astoria, Ore.; and three grandchildren.

■ Eva E. Gonzales, 77, Grand Junction, died April 3, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Taylor Funeral Service in Delta. Burial will follow in Mesa View Cemetery.
Survivors include six sons, Billy of Grand Junction, Gene of McAlester, Okla., George of Las Vegas, Nev., Joe of Pueblo and John and Sandy, both of Canon City; two daughters, Christina Gonzales of Grand Junction and Rosie Gonzales of Phoenix; seven brothers, Allen, Bobby, Gabriel, Jake, Louis, Robert and William; two sisters, Patsy and Rosalie; 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
■ Ernest Eldon Hetzel, 84, Grand Junction, died April 3, 2012, at Hospice Care Center.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Grand Junction Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Hetzel was retired from the Colorado Department of Transportation.
Survivors include his wife, Leona; two sons, Dennis Hetzel and Keith LeSuer; five daughters, Vermelle Berry, Sheryl Shirley, Glenda Shortess, Dixie Unsworth and Jean Walter; and two sisters, Mona Rogers and Freda Shafer.

■ Jeffrey Baldridge Marcato, 59, Grand Junction, died April 1, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will be held at a later date in Northville, S.D.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara of Grand Junction; and one brother, James of California.
■ Martin William Strickland, 71, Grand Junction, died April 2, 2012, at his home.
Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Mesa Funeral Service. Burial will be at 1 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.
Survivors include one daughter, Julie Obland of Grand Junction; one brother, Tom of Denver; two sisters, Carol Strickland of Denver and Lois Vigneur of McCook, Neb.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
■ Frances Carle Thompson, 58, Palisade, died March 27, 2012, at Hospice Care Center.
Services will be held at a later date.
Survivors include her husband, Michael.
■ Neal Dean Veatch, 76, Grand Junction, died April 4, 2012, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.
Survivors include his wife, Norma; six sons, Bruce of Fruita, Bryan of Litchfield Park, Ariz., Craig of Greeley, Dennis of Palisade, Roger of Grand Junction and Russell of Clifton; 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
