■ Berkeley Elizabeth Blashfield, 76, Delta County, died Sept. 4, 2012, at the Paonia Care and Rehabilitation Center.

A private family service will be held in Wheat Ridge.

Survivors include two sons, Christopher Lobanov-Rostovsky of Westminster and Nicholas Lobanov-Rostovsky of Kapolei, Hawaii; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

■ Gilbert Marvin, 92, Grand Junction, died Sept. 4, 2012, at Mantey Heights Rehabilitation and Care Center.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sept. 13 and from 9 to 10 a.m. Sept. 14 at Martin Mortuary. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 14 at New Life Church in Grand Junction. Burial will be at 1 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.

Mr. Marvin was a minister.

Survivors include wife, Vivian; one son, Bruce of Grand Junction; one daughter, Carol Fischer of Concord, Calif.; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

■ Fred Strohmeier, 99, Grand Junction, died Sept. 3, 2012, at the Hospice Care Center.

Private family services are planned.

Mr. Strohmeier was a dry cleaner.

He is survived by his wife, Helen; one son, Mike of Grand Junction; one daughter, Susanne O’Dell of Lakewood; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

■ Bettie J. West, 87, Grand Junction, died Sept. 2, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Martin Mortuary. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Orchard Mesa Cemetery.

Ms. West was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son, Thomas of Grand Junction; six daughters, Velores Reed, Tatti Ann West-Gonzales and Cheryl Habliston, all of Grand Junction, Sonjia Hunt and Rebecca Giles, both of Loma and Shawn West of Denver; 35 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
