Dorothy Gayle Boren, 81, Delta, died Aug. 3, 2017, at Hope-
West and Hospice Care Center in Grand Junction.

She was inurned at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Crawford.

Survivors include her husband, Elmer J.; one son, Keith; one daughter, Amy Bosse; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. 

MaryAlyce Lane, 83, Grand Junction, died Aug. 5, 2017, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

No services are planned at this time.

Survivors include four sons, Steven of Grand Junction, Mark of Minnesota, and David and Tim, both of Wisconsin; one brother, Roy Dahl of Florida; one sister, Jo-Ann Ball of North Carolina; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Alvera Inez Lowe, 89, Grand Junction, died Aug. 4, 2017, at HopeWest and Hospice Care Center.

Services will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the First Congregational Church. Graveside services will follow at Grand Junction Memorial Gardens.

She was a supervisor at Mountain Bell Telephone Co.

Survivors include one son, Michael of Grand Junction; one daughter, Cynthia McGarry of Grand Junction; one brother, Alfred Ladage of Grand Junction; one sister, Alice Peterson of Grand Junction; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions to HopeWest, 3090B N. 12th St., Grand Junction 81506; or to the First Congregational Church, 1425 N. Fifth St., Grand Junction 81501.

Robert Woodruff Reid, 73, Clifton, died Aug. 5, 2017, at his home.

No services are planned at this time.

He was an air traffic controller.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ann; two daughters, Kristina Kellerby of Grand Junction, and Amanda Vogt of Wellington; two brothers, Barry H. Reid of Dunedin, Florida, and Tye Wayne Reid of Frederick; one sister, Carol Jean Tagliente of Frederick; and five grandchildren.

Betty June Schaaf, 95, Grand Junction, died Aug. 7, 2017, at Colorado Canyons Hospital in Fruita.

Services will take place at 10 a.m. Friday at Liberty Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Fruita.

She was an aerospace administrative technologist.

Survivors include one daughter, Isabel Garcia of Grand Junction; and four grandchildren.

Chad Woodhouse, 46, Clifton, died Aug. 2, 2017, at his home.

Private services will take place.

He was disabled.

Survivors include his wife, Frankie; two sons, Chad Anthony, and Fredrick Bernard; his parents, Fred and Christine Woodhouse of Parachute; and one sister, Jeniffer DeKam of Parachute.
