Survivors include his wife, Betty Jo; three sons, John Krabbe and Glen Carnes, both of Fruita, and Wayne Krabbe of Palisade; two sisters, Gloria Bailey of El Jebel, and Jenette Amidale of Arkansas; and four grandchildren.

Mary Denine Dennis, 66, Grand Junction, died July 28, 2017, in Grand Junction.

Services will take place at 5 p.m. Monday at Brown’s Cremation and Funeral Service.

She worked at Rite Aid.

Pete Anthony Echave Jr., 52, Grand Junction, died July 26, 2017, in Grand Junction.

Services will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday at Brown’s Cremation and Funeral Service.

He was a plumber.

Survivors include one son, Nicholas of Grand Junction; two daughters, Angelica Echave of Clay Center, Kansas, and Amelia Echave; his parents, Pete Sr. and Georgia Echave of Grand Junction; and two sisters, Louanna Barrett of Centennial and Melanie Eneboe of Grand Junction.

Richard “Dick” Fischer, 87, Cedaredge, died Aug. 1, 2017, at Horizon Care Center in Eckert.

Services have taken place.

Survivors include his wife, Jean; three sons, Kent, Kevin and Steve; one brother, Ron; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Cherie O. Martin, 45, Grand Junction, died Aug. 2, 2017, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two sons, Corey and Gavin, both of Grand Junction; her mother, Melody Gulman of Grand Junction; and two sisters, Ramona King of Florida, and Becky Martin of Texas.

Robert Woodruff Reid, 73, Clifton, died Aug. 5, 2017, at his home.

No services are planned at this time.

He was an air traffic controller.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ann; two daughters, Kristina Kellerby of Grand Junction and Amanda Vogt of Wellington; two brothers, Barry H. Reid of Dunedin, Florida, and Tye Wayne Reid of Frederick; and five grandchildren.
