■ Bradley Aksel Allen, 25, Grand Junction, died Dec. 5, 2012, at his residence.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary, followed by a reception at a yet-to-be-determined location.

Survivors include his parents, Rick and Jeani Chambers; three brothers, Nikolas Allen, Devon Chambers and Caiden Chambers; and grandparents, Mary Casper, Elizabeth Briones, Jim and Janie Chambers and Jim and Karen Chambers.

■ Donald Ray Dietz, 86, Fruita, died Dec. 6, 2012, at Family Health West.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Dec. 15 in Los Fresnos, Texas.

Mr. Dietz was a wildlife biologist.

Survivors include one son, Donald D. of Lufkin, Texas; one daughter, Tammie Sineni of Fruita; and two grandchildren.

■  Twylah N. Dotson, 86, Grand Junction, died Dec. 6, 2012, at The Commons of Hilltop.

Services are pending with Martin Mortuary.

Survivors include her husband, Donald D.; five daughters, Barbara Reese of St. Louis, Marlene Ashton of Markleville, Ind., Carol White of Denver, and Debbie Wertz and Amy Gomez, both of Grand Junction; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

■ David Leroy Head, 64, Cedaredge, died Dec. 5, 2012, at Delta County Memorial Hospital.

A viewing will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Delta. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel, followed by burial at Delta City Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife Norma Rae; one son, DJ of Cedaredge; two daughters, Sandra Wilson of Hotchkiss and Cherie Spangler of Texas; his father, Ted of Montrose; three sisters, Kathy Reed of Eckert, Kristina Miller of Pagosa Springs, and Vicki Hecht of Montrose; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
