■ Robert “Bob” Barton, 76, Grand Junction, died Jan. 16, 2013, at Hospice Care Center.
Private family services are planned.
Mr. Barton was an oil industry engineer.
He is survived by six sisters: Sylvia Bingham of Fruita, Marjorie True of Paonia, Judy Barton of Redmond, Ore., Mary Johnson of Sooke, British Columbia, Jennie Brouse of Oregon City, Ore., and Elizabeth Powers of Springfield, Va.

■ Patricia L. Oates, 87, Grand Junction, died Jan. 13, 2013, at Hospice Care Center.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Jan. 26 at Monument Presbyterian Church.
Ms. Oates was an administrative assistant in education.
She is survived by one daughter, Karen Kiefer of Grand Junction, and one grandchild.

■ Richard Lee Rogers, 84, of Delta County, died Jan. 15, 2013, at Delta County Memorial Hospital.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cedaredge. Burial will follow at Cedaredge Cemetery.
Mr. Rogers is survived by two sons, Gary and Larry, both of Hotchkiss; one daughter, Victoria Bonine of Paonia; three brothers, Billy of Romero, Calif., Lynn of Seattle, and Chris of Grand Junction; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
