■ Larry Michael Creasman, 63, Palisade, died Jan. 10, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at Grande River Vineyards.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara; two sons, Ira of Grand Junction and Drew of Boulder; his mother, Bonnie Creasman, and his father, Donald, both of Lenexa, Kan.; one brother, Tim of Glen Elder, Kan.; and one sister, Cindy Kling of Olathe, Kan.

Memorial contributions to Creasman Medical Fund, First National Bank of the Rockies, 685 Horizon Drive, Grand Junction 81506.

■ Leah M. Surad, 86, Grand Junction, died Jan. 16, 2013, at Family Health West.

Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Ms. Surad was a secretary at public schools.

Survivors include three sons, Gary of Albuquerque, N.M., David of Modesto, Calif., and Matt of Grand Junction; two daughters, Beth Luevano and Ruth Vodehnal, both of Grand Junction; two brothers, Marty Mahre and Bob Mahre; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
