Presciliano “Pres” Chacon, 89, Fruita, died Jan. 17, 2013, at Family Health West.

Services are pending with Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

Survivors include one daughter, Eulemia Romero of Fruita; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Leslie Dotson Jr., 86, Rifle, died Jan. 19, 2013, at his home.

Services will take place this spring under the arrangements of Rifle Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Helen; one son, Kirk of Rifle; one daughter, Kathy Leech of Grand Junction; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Memorial contributions to First Christian Church, 306 E. Third St., Rifle 81650.

Anabel M. “Ann” Hollis, 96, Paonia, died Jan. 14, 2013, at Paonia Care Center.

No services are planned at this time.

Survivors include one daughter, Abby Swarbrick of Crawford; two sisters, Phoebe Cloud and JoAnn Kowalske, both of Detroit; and one grandchild.

Rich Nicholls, 68, Grand Junction, died Jan. 19, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Private family services will take place.

Mr. Nicholls was a sales manager.

Survivors include his wife, Pam; one son, Charlie, one daughter,  Dina; one brother, Charles; and two grandchildren.

Memorial contributions to Mesa Land Trust, 1006 Main St., Grand Junction 81501.

Mary Angeline Weston, 92, Eckert, died Jan. 13, 2013, at Horizon Care Center.

No services will take place.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary McCready Poeling of Log Hill Mesa and Connie McCready of Cottonwood, Ariz.
