Claire J. Gudim, 92, Fruita, died July 9, 2017, at the Grand Junction Veterans Affairs Nursing Home.

No services will take place.

He was a geologist and World War II U.S. Navy veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Thelma E.; two sons, Charles E. of Fruita, and Eric J. of Goleta, California; and two daughters, Laurie A. Gudim and Carrie J. Gudim, both of Fort Collins.

Frank Ray Robinson, 64, Clifton, died June 11, 2017, in Provo, Utah.

Services have taken place.

He was a construction foreman.

Survivors include his companion, Cristy Weaver; two sons, Travis of Grand Junction and Shane of Fruita; one daughter, Jennifer Robinson of Clifton; his mother, Dorothy Waters of Whitewater; two brothers, John Robinson of San Francisco, California, and Brian Waters of Grand Junction; one sister, Kimberly Wunsch of Hot Sulphur Springs; and six grandchildren.

Irving “Bud” Steinberg, 88, Clifton, died July 12, 2017, at his home.

Services will take place at 10 a.m. July 20 at Orchard Mesa Cemetery.

He was a diesel mechanic.

Survivors include three sons, James and Danny, both of Grand Junction, and Charley of Denver; two brothers, Raymond of Port Townsend, Washington, and Aux of Manhattan Beach, California; one sister, Florence Steinberg of Spokane, Washington; 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

Darren Dean Stewart, 53, Grand Junction, died July 10, 2017, at his home.

Services will take place at 1 p.m. Monday at Fellowship Church.

He was a stocker.

Survivors include three sons, Brandon, Jacob and Shaun, all of Grand Junction; one daughter, Mary Ann Starkey of California; his mother, Barbara Stewart of Grand Junction; one brother, Claude E. of Grand Junction; and two grandchildren. 

Tugomir “Dan” V. Vidanovic, 79, Grand Junction, died July 10, 2017, at HopeWest and Palliative Care Center.

No services will take place.

He was a music teacher.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca; one daughter, Dr. Andjela Drincic of Omaha, Nebraska; one sister, Gordana Goca Petrovic of Belgrade, Serbia; and two grandchildren.
