Hazel N. Ball, 78, Grand Junction, died June 13, 2012, at her home.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Ball was an electronics assembler.

Survivors include her husband, Willis; one son, Ray of Grand Junction; two daughters, Linda Byers of Clarksville, Ark., and Shirley Zabawa of Arvada; five sisters, Marie Brueggemeyer of Lakewood, Vera Wakley of Everett, Wash., Julia Gill of Logan, Utah, Evelyn Hall of Hemet, Calif., and Rosanne Key of Palisade; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

■ Former Paonia resident Ken O. Kuretich, 61, Fruita, died June 10, 2012, at The Oaks in Fruita.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. June 23 at 15990 Farmer Mine Road in Paonia.

Survivors include his wife, Sally of Paonia; one son, Kasey of Clifton; one daughter, Sara Johnson of Paonia; one brother, Max of Colorado Springs; one sister, Toni Ard of Silt; and four grandchildren.

Judith L. Small, 69, Paonia, died June 12, 2012, at her home.

No services are planned.

Survivors include her husband, Jim; one daughter, Reana Neff of Fort Lupton; one brother, Terry Hames of Greeley; three sisters, Beverley Henderson of Berthoud, Janice Eggers of Sutton, Neb., and Suzanne Hames of Loveland; three grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
