Dwain T. Jackson, 88, Grand Junction, died June 17, 2012, at Larchwood Inns.

Services will take place at 10 a.m. Friday at Clifton Christian Church. Burial will be at Cedaredge Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Donna; one son, Jeffrey of Hendersonville, Tenn.; two daughters, Deborah Bray of Anchorage, Alaska, and Melanie Jackson of Grand Junction; one sister, Nance Richards of Tucson, Ariz.; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

George P. Jouflas, 87, Grand Junction, died June 16, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

A Trisagion prayer service will be at 7 p.m. Friday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Services also will be at noon Saturday at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church. Burial will be at Municipal Cemetery.

Mr. Jouflas was a rancher.

Survivors include three sons, Peter John and Michael James, both of Wolcott, and Greg of Grand Junction; one daughter, Jan Marie Jouflas of Wolcott; one brother, Chris P. of Grand Junction; and six grandchildren.

Memorial contributions to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 3585 North 12th St., Grand Junction 81506.

Thomas C. Talbot Sr., 64, Fruita, died June 15, 2012, at his home.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.

Mr. Talbot was a Colorado State Patrol officer.

Survivors include his wife, Gladys; three sons, Thomas C. Jr. of Fruita, Christian of Apopka, Fla., and Stuart Gonzales of Brush; three daughters, Tiffany Gould of Okeechobee, Fla., Lisa Vogt of Corvallis, Ore., and Monica Romero of Colorado Springs; one brother, James of Ypsilanti, Mich.; and 10 grandchildren.

Jack Wood, 82, Grand Junction, died June 16, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Pear Park Baptist Church. Burial will be at Olathe Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Pat; three sons, Claude of Meeker, Andy of Glenwood Springs and David of San Antonio, Texas; one daughter, Laurie Chamberlin of Columbiana, Ala.; one brother,  Mark of Grand Junction; three sisters, Elizabeth Anderson of Salinas, Calif., June Peterson of Brentwood, Tenn., and Peggy Wood of Rifle; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
