Russell H. Alley, 79, Grand Junction, died June 11, 2012, at Good Samaritan Banner Health Hospital in Phoenix.

Services will be at a later date. Burial will be at Veterans Memorial Gardens of Western Colorado.

Mr. Alley was a retired MetLife insurance agent and a former grocery store owner in Montrose.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra; two sons, Mike and Bruce, both of the Denver area; three daughters, Cathy Winter and Karen Elmont, both of the Denver area, and Kristi Kinnett of Grand Junction; two brothers, Blaine of Fort Collins and David of Colorado Springs; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

■  Mary P. Grossi, 99, Fruita, died June 16, 2012, at Hospice Care Center.

No services are planned.

Ms. Grossi was a homemaker.

Survivors include two sons, Joseph Grossi Jr., of Newton, N.J., and Nick Grossi of Fallbrook, Calif.; one daughter, Kathy Sassano of Grand Junction; one brother, Willie LaMura of Massachusetts; two sisters, Jean Blanchard of Sparta, N.J., and Beatrice; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

■ Jonathan Michael Hansen, 48, Fruita, died June 13, 2012, at his home.

A private service will be held.

Dr. Hansen was a chiropractor.

Survivors include two sons, Jonathan Jr. and William Blaze, both of Grand Junction; one daughter, Alyx Hansen of Grand Junction; his mother, Ethel Hansen of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; three brothers, James Hansen of Pollock Pines, Calif., Edward Hansen of Thousands Oaks and Stan Moffet of Seattle; and one sister, Karen King of Leadville.

Memorial contributions to the Jon Hansen Memorial Fund in care of First National Bank of Rockies.

■  April Elisa Jones-Taylor, 38, Gainesville, Fla., died June 1, 2012, in Gainesville.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

Ms. Jones-Taylor was a restaurant hostess and waitress.

Survivors include one son, Chase Taylor of Kentucky; one daughter, Schyler Taylor of Kentucky; her parents, Jim and Janice Jones of Montrose and Gidget Kern of Clifton; one brother, Keith Jones of Grand Junction; and one sister, Tamara Toombs of Clifton.

Christopher Allen McCarthy, 35, Clifton, died June 15, 2012, at his home.

No services are planned.

Survivors include one son, Kyle Joseph of Grand Junction; one daughter, Brenna Celeste McCarthy of Grand Junction; his father, Enda McCarthy of New York; his mother, Kathleen Leigh of Arkansas; and one sister, Shaunna McCarthy of New York.

The family requests no flowers be sent to the home.

■  Walter “Walt” Nichols, 70, Fruita, died June 16, 2012, in Fruita.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Martin Mortuary. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the mortuary.

Survivors include his wife, Vicki; five sons, David Nichols of Firestone, Larry Nichols of Castle Pines, Bobby Easter of Montrose, Sean Easter of Beaverton, Ore., and Joe Easter of Grand Junction; five daughters, Linda Stoddard of Whitewater, Dawnette Woodard of Clifton, Barbara Reed of Hillsboro, Ore.; Naomi Easter of Hillboro and Rene Easter of Fruita; three sisters, Mildred Wilkinson of Grand Junction, Shirley Bruegerman of Loma and Hattie Bishop of Sonora, Calif.; 25 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

John Richard Peneseau, 80, Grand Junction, died June 17, 2012, at his home.

No services are planned.

Mr. Peneseau was a truck driver.

Survivors include one son, John Joseph of Massachusetts; four daughters, Peggy Rivers of Templeton, Mass., Donna Peneseau of Grand Junction, Julia Peneseau of Templeton, Mass., and Rosemary Roscoe of North Carolina; one sister, Beatrice Kuhn of Livermore, Maine; 18 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Joseph F. Ross, 81, Crawford, died June 14, 2012, at his home.

No services are planned.

Survivors include one daughter, Irene Quick of Michigan; one brother, Donald R. of Bridgeport, W.Va; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Judith L. Small, 69, Paonia, died June 12, 2012, at her home.

No services are planned.

Survivors include her husband, Jim; one daughter, Reana Neff of Fort Lupton; one brother, Terry Hames of Greeley; three sisters, Beverly Henderson of Berthoud, Janice Eggers of Sutton, Neb.,  and Suzanne Hames of Loveland; three grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Syble Louise Stout, 82, Eckert, died June 14, 2012, at Horizons Care Center in Eckert.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Taylor Funeral Service in Delta. Inurnment will follow at Delta City Cemetery.

Survivors include her son, Carl of Hope, Ark.; three brothers, George Arnett and Leonard Arnett, both of Delta, and Jerry Arnett of Port Orchard, Wash.; one sister, Florris Isom of Eckert; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Yvonne B. White, 83, Fruita, died June 17, 2012, at Family Health West.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Enterprise Hall, 1477 19 Road in Fruita.

Ms. White was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son, Duane of Grand Junction; two daughters, Lisa Anderson and Rhonda Ward, both of Fruita; one brother, Jimmy Lang of Fruita; two sisters, Sue Sills of Grand Junction and   Tana Ingelhart of Fruita; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
