■ Kennith C. Bryant, 82, Fruita, died March 3, 2012, at his home.

Services are pending with Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

Survivors include his wife, Myrtle Alease; one son, Keith of Fruita; three daughters, Belinda Knisley of Fruita and Patty Weaver and Kathi Pewters, both of Grand Junction; two brothers, Tom of Ridgeway and Dean of Conroe, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

■ Ivan “Val” Carmack, 91, Fruita, died March 3, 2012, at Family Health West.

He worked at Gambles.

Services will be at 8:30 a.m. Friday at Martin Mortuary. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Shaw; two sons, Kerry and Bryan, both of Grand Junction;  three brothers, Murrell, J.A., and Bob; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
