■ Mardell L. Beers, 79, Grand Junction, died March 3, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services will take place at 11 a.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Beers was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Warren; two sons, Garth W. of Los Alamos, N.M. and Grant M. of San Clemente, Calif.; two sisters, Verla Travis of Grand Junction and Wilma Nicholaisen of Colorado Springs; and two grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Colorado, 3090B N. 12th St., Grand Junction 81506.

■ Virginia Lee Bernadou, 83, Cedaredge, died March 3, 2013, at Hospice Care Center.

Services will be in May.

Survivors include her husband, Edmond; a son, Paul of Huntington Beach, Calif.; and a daughter, Renee Bidstrup of Los Angeles.

■ Frank “Freefall Frankie” Boyle, 73, Rifle, died March 1, 2013, at his residence.

Services are pending with Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

Survivors include three sons, Bob, Tom, and Pat; a daughter, Colleen Hickham; two sisters, Dee Porter and Marty Martin; and three grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to Rifle Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 1375, Rifle 81650.

■ Gary Lee Clancy, 69, Rifle, died Feb. 15, 2013, at his home.

Services have taken place.

Survivors include his mother, Mildred Whitt of Rifle; and five brothers, Jack and Dennis, both of Rifle, Bill of Colorado Springs, Ray Richardson of California, and Lynn Richardson of New Castle.

■ Curtis “Bud” Duffy, 76, Meeker, died March 4, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services are pending with Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

Survivors include a brother, Kenneth of Grand Junction; a sister ,Lenis Horn of Grand Junction; and five grandchildren.

■ Mildred E. Hartman, 97, Austin, died March 1, 2013, at her residence.

Services are pending with Taylor Funeral Service and Crematory.

Survivors include a son, Craig of Golden, two daughters, Linda Zimmerman of Bailey and Connie Tollefson of Austin; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

■ Shirley V. McCrary, 85, Grand Junction, died March 3, 2013, at Hospice Care Center.

Services will take place at 11 a.m. Monday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Burial will take place at Orchard Mesa Cemetery.

Ms. McCrary was vice president of McCrary Construction.

Survivors include a daughter, Karen M. of Grand Junction; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.

■ Majelyne “Madge” Moudy, 89, Grand Junction, died March 1, 2013, at Eagle Ridge of the Grand Valley.

Services are pending with Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

Ms. Moudy was a homemaker.

Survivors include a son, David of Castle Rock; a daughter, Kathy Singer of Grand Junction; and three grandchildren.

■ Robert W. “Bob” Stokes, 78, Palisade, died March 4, 2013, at Mesa Manor Care.

No services are planned.

Mr. Stokes was a parole officer.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy of Grand Junction; a son, Robert R. of Grand Junction; a daughter, Jamie Christian of Grand Junction; a brother, James of Fernley, Nev.; and three grandchildren.

■ Michelle Lynn Wright, 31, Grand Junction, died March 1, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Cremation will take place.

Survivors include her mother, Shannon Mercado of Montrose, and a sister, Josie Mercado of Montrose.
