James Milton Caraway, 80, Grand Junction, died May 12, 2017, at HopeWest and Hospice Care Center.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Church of Christ.

He was a minister.

Survivors include his wife, Shirlene; two sons, Tracy of Chama, New Mexico, and Troy of South Londonderry, Vermont; two daughters, Melissa Orr of Katy, Texas, and Belinda Clark of Great Falls, Montana; two sisters, Dorothy Rucker of Alexandria, Louisiana, and Virginia Irby of Waco, Texas; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Carlos Rafael Carrillo-Miranda, 71, Cedaredge, died May 7, 2017, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

No services are planned.

He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a telephone company supervisor.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Sue; two sons, Gregory of Irving, Texas, and Clay of Saginaw, Texas; one daughter, Clare Dunlap of Saginaw; one sister, Carmen Carrillo-Miranda of Puerto Rico; and five grandchildren.

Memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.

Doris Jean Holliday, 74, De Beque, died May 10, 2017, at her home.

Services will be held at a later date.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two sons, John H. Crowley of Enterprise, Alabama, and Thomas A. Holliday of Salina, Kansas; three daughters, Denise J. Shears and Phyllis K. McFann, both of De Beque, and Tina L. Savage of Garfield, Arkansas; two brothers, James A. Plant of Keystone Heights, Florida, and Harris D. Plant II of Palatka, Florida; one sister, Charlotte McConville of Billings, Montana; 22 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Brenda Jayne Seriani, 67, Clifton, died May 9, 2017, at Community Hospital.

Services are pending.

She was a hotel reservation agent.

Survivors include her husband, Jon W.; two sons, Kenneth of North Dakota and Jon F. of Paonia; one daughter, Sharon Tackett of Clifton; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
