Judy Hackney, 60, Grand Junction, died Nov. 20, 2016, at HopeWest and Hospice Care Center.

Services will take place at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Appleton Kingdom Hall.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Donald; and her mother, Ruth Elizabeth Gomez of Grand Junction.

Charlotte Francis Laycock, 95, Grand Junction, died Nov. 26, 2016, at HopeWest and Hospice Care Center.

Services will take place at 2 p.m. Friday at Orchard Mesa Cemetery.

She was a certified nursing assistant.

Survivors include one son, Jim Lee; two daughters, Nora Mc-
Carville of Dubuque, Iowa, and Rita Coder of Carbondale; one brother, Jerry Hovis of Ammon, Idaho; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

■ Former Grand Junction resident, Joyce Dove Lupton, 82, Colorado Springs, died Nov. 25, 2016.

Services will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Colorado Springs. Interment will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Survivors include one daughter, Beverly Vogt-Raybum; and two grandchildren.

Betty Joan Maynes, 81, Grand Junction, died Nov. 24, 2016, at Eagle Ridge of the Grand Valley.

Services will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Gardens.

She was an operator.

Survivors include one son, Steve of Grand Junction; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Shirley T. Meyers-Thompson, 48, Grand Junction, died Nov. 22, 2016, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

She worked in a bakery.

Survivors include her husband, Rick; one son, Lorenzo Quenzida of Grand Junction; two daughters, Brittany Meyers, and Adreana Quenzida, both of Grand Junction; one brother, Jim Meyers of Whitewater; and one sister, Diane Montgomery of Grand Junction.

Jack L. Whiteside, 87, Grand Junction, died Nov. 26, 2016, in Grand Junction.

No services are planned at this time.

He was a general contractor.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara L.; one son, Steve of Hayden; two daughters, Sherma Castle of Colorado Springs and Jacque Whiteside of Grand Junction; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
