•  Lonnie Gene Berg, 62, Grand Junction, died Nov. 13, 2008, at his home.

Services will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; one son, Lonnie Rendell of Clinton, Utah; two daughters, Jennifer Buzzell and Angelique Espinoza, both of Grand Junction; his father, Ford of Grand Junction; two brothers, Jimmy of Seattle and Steve of Grand Junction; one sister, Joyce Burritt of Grand Junction; and seven grandchildren.

Memorial contributions to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas 75231.

• Robert L. Dorssey, 65, Grand Junction, died Nov. 14, 2008, at his home.

Private services will take place at a later date.

Mr. Dorssey was a general contractor.

Survivors include his wife, Becky; two sons, Robert Larry and David William, both of Grand Junction; and one daughter, Kim Warne of Grand Junction; and seven grandchildren.

Memorial contributions to Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado.

• James Earl Locke, 89, Palisade, died Nov. 11, 2008, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Services will take place at 10 a.m. Monday at the Palisade Municipal Cemetery.

Mr. Locke was a roofer.

Survivors include two sons, Earl Kimble of Phoenix and Berl Glen of Grand Junction; two daughters, Gala Ruth Case of Clifton, and Mavis Joy Bounds of Grand Junction; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

• Elizabeth J. Martin, 91, Clifton, died Nov. 12, 2008, at Mesa Manor.

Private services will take place.

Mrs. Martin was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son, Gregory of Grand Junction; two daughters, Gail Carpenter of Dell City, Texas, and Barbara Martin Worley of Larkspur; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

• David Wayne Powers, 61, Grand Junction, died Nov. 14, 2008, at his home.

Services are pending with Martin Mortuary.

Mr. Powers was a heavy-equipment operator.

Survivors include his wife, Toni Antoinette Tate of Grand Junction; one son, Chris; one daughter, Rebecca Powers; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

•  Billie G. Scott, 75, died Nov. 12, 2008, at Eagle Ridge Nursing Home.

No services were provided.

Survivors include one son, Mark of Grand Junction; one daughter, Ardy J. Hackworth of Edgerton, Wyo.; one brother, Scott L. Romager of Clifton; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

•  Edna Elaine Worsham, 70, Palisade, died Nov. 5, 2008, at Community Hospital.

Services will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Worsham was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, John C.; and one son, Eric of Clifton.

Memorial contributions to a charity of one’s choice.
