■ Georgia Mae Flowers Abrames, 97, Grand Junction, died Oct. 5, 2017, at Eagle Ridge of the Grand Valley.
Visitation will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Services will follow at 3 p.m. at the mortuary.
Survivors include one son, Floyd J. of Grand Junction; one daughter, Bernadine Sullivan of Bountiful, Utah; one brother, Royce Flowers of Mustang, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
■ Larry Wayne Brown, 52, Montrose, died Oct. 2, 2017.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Crippin Funeral Home. Services will take place at 2 p.m. Monday at the Montrose Christian Church. Burial will be at Grand View Cemetery. A potluck reception will follow at the church.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy; one daughter, Aubrey; two stepsons, Anthony Jaques and Tim Jaques; his parents, Wayne M. and Beveryl Harris Brown; one brother, Don Blowers; one sister, Susan Asnicar; one grandchild; and six step-grandchildren.
■ Elsie Silzell King Granere, 93, Grand Junction, died Sept. 27, 2017, at HopeWest Hospice Care Center.
Services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday at the First Christian Church.
She was a rancher.
Survivors include two sons, Douglas King of Grand Junction and Kevin King of Austin, Texas; one daughter, Sandra King Magruder of Phoenix; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

■ Sandra Jean Patterson, 70, Loma, died Oct. 3, 2017, at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fruita. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Hayden Cemtery in Hayden.
She was an X-ray technician.
Survivors include her husband, Tom; two daughters, Amie Westlake of Loma and Sara Anderson of West Concord, Miinnesota; three sisters, Mary Valora, and Lois Caster, both of Hayden, and Mabel Salazar of Mack; and three grandchildren.

■ Gerald D. Phipps, 86, Clifton, died Oct. 4, 2017, at the Veterans Affairs Nursing Home.
Services will take place at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.
He was a welder.
Survivors include two sons, Darren of Whitewater and Duane of Tennessee; one sister, Patricia Porco of Kansas; and two grandchildren.
