Toby Lee Brown, 61, Palisade, died Oct. 7, 2017, in Palisade.

No services are planned.

He was a superintendent for the Colorado Department of Transportation.

Survivors include his wife, Cathy; two sons, Rane of Highlands Ranch and Austin of Palisade; one daughter, Madalyn Ahrens of Grand Junction; his mother, Vada Stryker of Grand Junction; one brother, Karey Brown of Lyons; and three grandchildren.

Leona M. Dacus, 90, Delta, died Oct. 1, 2017, at her home.

Services will take place at 11 a.m. Friday at Taylor Funeral Service chapel in Delta. Inurnment will follow at the Mesa View Cemetery.

Survivors include one daughter, Debra L. Booth of Parker; one stepson, Craig Dacus of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one brother, Chuck Conklin of Westminster; one sister, Patricia Linsenman of Commerce City; two grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Louise Eugenia Kronus, 95, Grand Junction, died Oct. 8, 2017, at her home.

Inurnment will take place at a later date.

She was a school bus driver for the Poway Unified School District.

Survivors include one son, James Andrew of Peoria, Arizona; two daughters, Beverly J. Spevere of Grand Junction and Patricia L. Kessler of Reno, Nevada; one brother, Burton Eckert of Escondido, California; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Helen M. Morgan, 98, Paonia, died Oct. 6, 2017.

No services are planned.

Survivors include two sons, Tom and Bob; one daughter, Rhoda; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Joseph Allen Rogers, 46, Grand Junction, died Oct. 5, 2017, in Grand Junction.

No services are planned at this time.

He worked for the House of Marble.

Survivors include his parents, Keith and Connie Bradley of Grand Junction; two brothers, Jon and Larry Hays, both of Grand Junction; and three sisters, Lori Hays, and Melissa and Melinda, all of Grand Junction.

Charlotte Wilson, 88, Montrose, died Oct. 5, 2017, at Heidi’s Chateau Assisted Living.

Services will take place at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Rogers Mesa Community House near Hotchkiss.

Survivors include one son, Edwin Wilson; one daughter, Beverley Dwire; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
