■ Amanda Lynn Johnson-Chavez, 23, Whitewater, died Oct. 12, 2012.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Church of Christ, with burial to follow at Palisade Cemetery.

Mrs. Johnson-Chavez was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, David; two sons, Iziah Jacob Johnson of Clifton and David Ray Chavez Jr. of Whitewater; her parents, Brian McNeely of Grand Junction and Tammy McNeely of Clifton; three brothers, Cody Colwell of Glenwood Springs and Jacob McNeely and Brian McNeely Jr, both of Grand Junction; and two sisters, Nicolette Orteo-Ortiz and Jessie McNeely, both of Grand Junction.

Memorial contributions to any American National Bank.

■ Logan Paul Miller, 33, Fruita, died Sept. 4, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Friday, with services at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Gunnison, with interment to follow at Gunnison Cemetery.

Survivors include one son, Trinity Eisenhauer of Austin, Texas; his parents, Paula and Kevin Mitchell of Fruita and Harry D. Eisenhauer Jr. of Espanola, N.M; his grandparents ,Harry D. and Theresa Eisenhauer of Lamar and John Paul Fullmer of Gunnison; one brother, H.D. Eisenhauer III of San Antonio; and one sister, Emily Eisenhauer of Dallas.

Memorial contributions to the Trinity Eisenhauer Educational Fund.
