Bertha Louise Goding, 86, Paonia, died Sept. 28, 2013, at Hospice Care Center.

Services will be private.

Mrs. Goding was a homemaker.

Survivors include two sons, Douglas and Harold; one daughter, Sheila Tonc; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Chanice Joi Johnson, infant, Grand Junction, died Sept. 28, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services will be private.

Survivors include her parents, Michael and Cindy Johnson; grandparents Michael and Pam Johnson and Cindy Finley, all of Grand Junction; one brother, Jaden Spears, and one sister, Cecelia Spears, both of Grand Junction.

Mary L. Munger, 69, Cedaredge, died Sept. 26, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

No services will be held, at her request.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth; one brother, Charles “Chuck” Hagemeister of Leavenworth, Kan.; and two sisters, Sondra Williams of Woodbridge, Va., and Carol Epp of Lincoln, Neb.

Doris Hebert Rutledge, 91, Grand Junction, died Sept. 27, 2013, at Mesa View Retirement Residence.

A Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fruita. Burial will be at 2 p.m. at Mesa View Cemetery in Delta.

Survivors include two sons, John and Edward, both of Phoenix; three daughters, Lorraine Macchione and Kathleen Swern, both of Phoenix, and Angeline Roles of Fruita; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Scott Steven Stringer, 42, Grand Junction, died Sept. 27, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Connection Church, 402 Grand Ave.

Mr. Stringer was an accounts manager.

Survivors include his wife, Megan; two sons, Skyler Stringer and Parker Beauregard, both of Grand Junction; two daughters, Kiara Stringer and Brooklyn Stringer, both of Grand Junction; his parents, Stephen and Ellen Stringer of Whitewater; and one sister, Stacie Darnell of Grand Junction.

Frances E. Zimmerman, 93, Grand Junction, died Sept. 28, 2013, at HopeWest Care Center.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Congregational United Church of Christ.

Ms. Zimmerman was a registered nurse.

Survivors include one son, Glen of Las Vegas; two daughters, Shirley Kodis of Grand Junction and Janet Spomer of Aurora; two sisters, Lena Mae Scott of Grand Junction and Alice Sampson of Albuquerque, N.M.; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
