■ William Dean “Mac” Andrews, 68, Grand Junction, died 
Oct. 19, 2012, at his home.

No services are planned.

Mr. Andrews was a heavy equipment mechanic.

Survivors include four daughters, Kimi Jo Andrews of Grand Junction and Heidi Rae Andrews, Kristi Dee Gibson and Shawn Denise Pinckard, all of Pueblo; one brother, Pete of Powers, Mont.; three sisters, Judy Raduvich and Diane, both of Great Falls, Mont.; and Jan; and seven grandchildren.

■  Kenneth N. Plantz, 84, Grand Junction, died Oct. 14, 2012, at Eagle Ridge Care Center.

Interment will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado. Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3076 E 1/2 Road.

Survivors include two sons, David and Keith; one daughter, Connie Sinclair; one brother, Gregory; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

■  Frank Stringer, 53, Kingman, Ariz., died Oct. 19, 2012, in Kingman.

Services are pending with Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

Mr. Stringer was a Schwans Inc. sales representative.

Survivors include his mother, Gloria Rees of Grand Junction.

■ Noel A. Thumser, 70, Grand Junction, died Oct. 19, 2012, at Larchwood Inn Nursing Home.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with honors.

Mr. Thumser was a heavy equipment operator.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon; two sons, Andy Jones of Meeker and Danny Jones of Grand Junction; his mother, Hazel Thumser of Grand Junction; three sisters, Berdeen Hotchkiss of Clifton and Verleen Schleisman and Lanette Williams, both of Grand Junction; and two grandchildren.
