• Ashley Elaine Chapman, 28, Grand Junction, died Oct. 19, 2008, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will take place at 5:30 p.m. Friday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.
Ms. Chapman was a radiologic technologist.
Survivors include her companion, Joe Moyano; one son, Joseph Moyano of Grand Junction; her father, Howard B. Chapman of Grand Junction; her mother and stepfather, Kathy and Mike Moran of Grand Junction; one sister, Kendra Chapman of Boulder; and two stepsisters, Julie Johnson of Chicago and Martina Peterson of Grand Junction.

• Selia Ann Cruz, 86, Grand Junction, died Oct. 19, 2008, at her home.
A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Mrs. Cruz was a homemaker.
Survivors include one son, Toby of Fruita; four daughters, Priscilla Gutierrez, Irene Marfin, Mary McMinn and Jennie Tanori, all of Grand Junction; two sisters, Lugarda Quintana of Grand Junction and Antonia Trujillo of Hernandez, N.M.; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

• Hazel Marie Kvach, 95, Grand Junction, died Oct. 6, 2008, at Mantey Heights Care Center.
Services will take place at a future date in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Mrs. Kvach was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, Robert L. and James L., both of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Donald L. of Marion, Iowa; two daughters, Loretta J. Vanoueney and Judith A. Owens, both of Grand Junction; 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
• Josephine McCoy, 92, Eckert, died Oct. 21, 2008, at her home.
A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at St. Philip’s Catholic Church. Services will take place at 2 p.m. Friday at the church, with burial to follow at Cedaredge Cemetery.
Mrs. McCoy worked for Dr. Charles T. Frey in Cedaredge.
Survivors include two daughters, Lynne Sederstrom of Eckert and Sharon Roh of Cedaredge; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
