Terry Walter Ackerson, 71, Grand Junction, died Sept. 17, 2016, in Grand Junction.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Brown’s Cremation and Funeral chapel.

He was a contractor.

Survivors include his wife, Judy; four sons, Trent of Gunnison, Torrey of Fort Collins, James Barber of Windsor and Joe Barber of San Juan Valley, Arizona; his mother, Eleanora Ackerson of Brush; two brothers, Wes Ackerson of Kaycee, Wyoming, and Danny Ackerson of Sierra Vista, Arizona; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

John “Lou” Andre Sr., 84, Grand Junction, died Sept. 17, 2016, at Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado.

Private services will take place at a later date.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara; one son, John L. Jr. of Fort Myers, Florida; three daughters, Julie Andre, and Sharon Andre, both of Huntington Beach, California, and Robin Rozelle of Grand Junction; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Robin Lee Crist, 62, Grand Junction, died Sept. 19, 2016, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Callahan Edfast Mortuary.

She was a cashier at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Survivors include her husband, Cleveland C.; three daughters, Jacki Solis of Grand Junction, Teri Greene of North Carolina and Kristi Greene of California; one brother, Albert Seehuber of California; one sister, Jeri Sanders of Grand Junction; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Lily L. Dupper, 89, Grand Junction, died Sept. 16, 2016, at her home.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Taylor Funeral Chapel in Delta. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Survivors include one son, Sam R. of Grand Junction; four daughters, Effie Thompson and Lily Dupper; and Sandra Davis and Michelle Anderson, both of Grand Junction; one brother, Carl Hielscher; and two grandchildren.

Joyce E. Dyer, 91, died Sept. 16, 2016, at Aspen Ridge Care Center.

She was a bank teller.

Survivors include one son, Jon K. of Grand Junction; two daughters, Janice Mulder of Escondido, California, and Jayne Reiber of Grand Junction; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Wilfred “Bud” Glammeyer, 68, Delta, died Sept. 19, 2016, at his home.

No services will take place. Interment was at the Delta City Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Sara; one son, Steven of Delta; one daughter, Stephanie Womack of Forney, Texas; and four grandchildren.

James L. Gibbs, 82, Grand Junction, died Sept. 17, 2016, at HopeWest and Palliative Care Center.

Private services will take place.

He was an electrician.

Survivors include two sons, Christopher A. Menzies, and Steven P. Menzies, both of Grand Junction; one daughter, Diana J. Brophy of Grand Junction; one brother, Terry Gibbs of Wenatchee, Washington; six grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Georgia A. Hurst, 86, Grand Junction, died Sept. 16, 2016, at the Courtyard Care Center in Fruita.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Orchard Mesa Municipal Cemetery.

Survivors include one son, Robert “Bud” of Glade Park; one daughter, Rebecca “Becky” Poplin of Fruita; one brother, Dale Wells of Florida; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Thomas Franklin Huseman Sr., 69, Fruita, died Sept. 18, 2016 at his home.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.

He was a maintenance technician and a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Elaine; five sons, George, Joey, Steven, Tommy and Jimmy; fourdaughters, Shellamina, Kim, Connie and Cory; one brother, George; three sisters, Dolly, Jannette, and Kathrine; many grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

Douglas Clayton Mathews, 46, Austin, died Sept. 9, 2016, at his home.

Services are pending

Survivors include his parents, William “Bill” and Kathy Mathews; and Katharine “Kate” Gregory; two sons, Koby Ramsey, and Kory Ramsey; two sisters, Tanya Mathews, and Kristina Lozano; and two grandchildren.

Shelley O’Leary, 61, Grand Junction, died Sept. 15, 2016.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Barry; one son, Shane Hart of Fruita; one daughter, Heather Hart of Grand Junction; her mother, Barbara Waetzig of Topeka, Kansas; one brother, Chuck Higgins of Topeka; one sister, Cheryl Boling of Topeka; and four grandchildren.

Gerome A. Holly, 53, Grand Junction, died Sept. 15, 2016, at his home.

He was a surgical technician.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara; his mother, Mirande Semmons of Green Valley, Arizona; and two sisters, Maria Wagner of North Carolina, and Linda Holly of Arizona.

Dr. Thomas Edward Miller, 84, Grand Junction, died Sept. 13, 2016, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services will take place at 2 p.m. Friday at Brown’s Cremation and Funeral Home chapel.

He was a psychiatrist and a U.S. Navy veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Louise; two sons, Timothy, and Terry; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Garry Martin White, 81, Grand Junction, died Sept. 19, 2016, in Grand Junction.

Services will be at a later date in Cypress, California.

He owned a trucking company.

Survivors include his wife, Julie; two sons, Garry M. Jr. of La Habra, Calif., and Byron Jay of Blythe; one daughter, Allison McGrew of La Habra; and one grandchild.
