■ Chris C. Carnahan, 52, Grand Junction, died Sept. 22, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

Ms. Carnahan was a travel agent.

Survivors include her mother, Bette A. Carnahan of Meeker; one brother, David Carnahan of Meeker; and one sister, Janice Peters of Palisade.

■ Ralph Phillip Myers, 93, Delta County, died Sept. 23, 2012, at his son’s residence in Delta.

No services will be held.

Survivors include two sons, Phil of Whitewater and Ron of Delta; one sister, Katie Cannady of Dumont; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

■ Ivan Stephens, 75, Delta, died Sept. 19, 2012, at Delta County Memorial Hospital.

A service was held Saturday in Cedaredge.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn.
