■ Brian Axe, 28, Grand Junction, died Feb. 5, 2012, in Utah.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Grand Junction Elks Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Kristine; one brother, Jeremy Woolery of Grand Junction; and two sisters, Stephanie Axe and Cassie Brandon, both of Grand Junction.
■ Roberta Anne Forbes, 60, Grand Junction, died Feb. 2, 2012, in Grand Junction.
Services will be in September.
■ Andrew G. Gustafson, 83, Clifton, died Feb. 8, 2012, at Hospice Care Center.
Services are pending with Palisade Funeral Home.
■ Georgia Alice Hunt, 66, Nucla, died Feb. 8, 2012, at her home.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Nucla Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Daniel; one daughter, Danell Carter of Nucla; and three grandchildren.
■ Brett A. Reeves, 54, Grand Junction, died Feb. 6, 2012, at his home.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Martin Mortuary Chapel.
Mr. Reeves was a painter.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa; two sons, Christopher of Belton, Texas, and Joshua of Grand Junction; four daughters, Jessica Cruz and Angelina Eubanks, both of Grand Junction, Krystle Kelton of Rifle and Trina Reeves of Chula Vista, Calif.; four brothers, Dirk, Kirk and Zane, all of Grand Junction, and Mark of New Mexico; and 11 grandchildren.
■ Roderick D. Vincent Jr., 73, Grand Junction, died Feb. 7, 2012, at his home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Feb. 28 at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.
Mr. Vincent was a software engineer.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanne; one son, Roderick III of Geneva; one daughter, Valerie Vincent-Gallivan of Fort Irwin, Calif.; one sister, Patricia Trotter of Carmel, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

■ Mark Widegren, 28, Grand Junction, died in Utah.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Palisade Funeral Home. Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Palisade High School. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
Mr. Widegren was a pipeliner.
Survivors include his parents, Rex and Rose Widegren; six brothers, Todd, Craig, Jason, Anthony, Ben and Jesse; and two sisters, Camille Nack and Shelly Widegren.
