George Henry Helfenbein, 85, Clifton, died Jan. 21, 2010, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
A military graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado. A Mass will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Mr. Helfenbein was an equipment salesman.
Survivors include his wife, Mabel Marie; four sons, Jim of Ocean View, Hawaii, Ken of Moab, Utah, Jerry of Grand Junction and Jeffrey of New York City; two daughters, Dena Swanstrom of Arvada and Diane Colburn of Leadville; one brother, Ralph Haley of Denver; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

April Katherine McGuirk, 57, Grand Junction, died Jan. 20, 2010, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services are pending with Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.
Survivors include three brothers, Frank of Carbondale, Paul of Mesquite, Nev., and Mark of Henderson; and two sisters, Pamela McGuirk of Grand Junction and Mary Shannon of Broomfield.

Mary Pavlisick, 89, Grand Junction, died Jan. 21, 2010, at her home.
Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Paonia. A rosary will be said at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, followed by Mass at 10 a.m.
Survivors include one son, Herb of Grand Junction; one daughter, Patty Bradshaw of Grand Junction; two brothers, Frank Delost of Bountiful, Utah, and Bert Delost of Montrose; two grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
