James “Jim” W. Bulwan, 86, Grand Junction, died June 18, 2011.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. today at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. Burial will be at 1 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.

Survivors include his wife, Suzy; one son, Jim; two daughters, Tina Silvon and Dana Matsukawa; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Doris Cady, 87, Grand Junction, died June 19, 2011, at Mesa Manor.

Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home in La Junta and at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Littleton.

Survivors include one son, Bruce of Grand Junction; one daughter, Lynea Endersen of Parker; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Myrtle Mae Edwards, 92, Grand Junction, died June 18, 2011, at Hospice & Palliative Care of Western Colorado.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary Chapel. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the mortuary. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, James of Delta, and Thomas of Franktown; three daughters, Mabel Westerlund and Marjorie Edwards. both of Grand Junction, and Mary Lou Barefoot of Waterboro, S.C; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Memorial contributions to a charity of choice.

Gabriel Clark Hellmann, 17, Palisade, died June 18, 2011.

A memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic. His remains were to be cremated.

Survivors include his parents, Stephen and Tori Hellmann of Palisade; his paternal grandparents, Gilbert and Ella Hellman of Kokomo, Ind., and maternal grandparents, Joe and Nancy Clark of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; and two sisters, Kaela Hellmann of Ann Harbor, Mich., and Jessica Hellmann of Fort Collins.

Memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.

Mary M. Kiser, 93, Cedaredge, died June 18, 2011 at her home.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cedaredge. Burial will be at Cedaredge Cemetery.

Survivors include two daughters, Anadeane Galbraith of Sunol, Calif., and Maryanne Berrett of North Salt Lake City, Utah; nine grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions to the Pioneer Town of Cedaredge or the Humanitarian Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Wayne W. Mackley, 73, Cedaredge, died June 18, 2011, at his home.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cedaredge Community United Methodist Church. Burial will be private.

Survivors include his wife, Vernette; one son, David of West Wareham, Mass.; one daughter, Teresa McDonald of Temecula, Calif.; one brother, Glenn of Carlsbad, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

Carol S. Ness, 70, Cedaredge died June 18, 2011, at Willow Tree Care Center in Delta.

Services will be private at a later date in Illinois.

Survivors include her first husband, Jerry Leppin of Midlothian, Ill.; and two grandchildren.

Leon Ruble, 91, Hotchkiss, died June 19, 2011, at Delta Memorial Hospital.

Services are pending through Martin Mortuary.

Survivors include four sons, Jerry and Bill, both of Lazear, Jackie and Enos, both of Hotchkiss; two daughters, Nola Thurston of Delta and Sammi Thompson of Hotchkiss; one sister, Nelda Widner of Hotchkiss; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Patrica “Ann” Thompson, 72, Grand Junction, died June 16, 2011, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Ms. Thompson was an accountant.

Services are pending through Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.

Survivors include her sister, Pauline “Margaret” Wilcox of Dayton, Ohio.
