Delmer Walter Cordova, 64, Fruita, died Sept. 8, 2010, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
A rosary will be said at 6 p.m. Sunday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fruita. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
Mr. Cordova was a police detective.
Survivors include his wife, Rosabell; one son, Delmer Joeal “D.J.” of Fruita; two daughters, Delarose Cordova and Mia Patrick Cordova, both of Colorado Springs; three brothers, Nick of Glenwood Springs and Patricio and Raymond, both of Fruita; two sisters, Connie Dupont of Carbondale and Shirley Gallegos of Fruita; and six grandchildren.
Dorothy H. Evans, 99, Grand Junction, died Sept. 7, 2010, at her home.
Services will be on Sunday at First Congregational Church after the 10 a.m. worship service, and at 10 a.m. Tuesday at The Fountains.
Mrs. Evans was a secretary for the Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad.

Lily Belle Guthrie, 95, Grand Junction, died Sept. 7, 2010, at Palisade Living Center.
No services will be held.
Mrs. Guthrie was a homemaker.
Mona Clare Lundgren, 97, Grand Junction, died Sept. 8, 2010, at Larchwood Inns.
No services are planned.
Mrs. Lundgren was an accountant.
Survivors include two daughters, Beverly M. McGee and Connie Morgan, both of Grand Junction; two brothers, Allan Nottingham of Eagle and Mauri Nottingham of Avon; one sister, Carol Whitney of California; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
