■ Roswell “Dean” Allen, 93, Eckert, died Feb. 13, 2013, at Horizons Care Center.
Services will be at a later date.
Survivors include his wife, Carrie Ann; one daughter, Helen Beavers of Eckert; and one brother, Paul of Hotchkiss.

■ Doris Ann Boss, 74, Clifton, died Feb. 18, 2013, at her home.
Private service will be at a later date.
Ms. Boss was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Epright of Elbert and Martin Boss of Williston, N.D.; two daughters, Marie Michelle Kiser of Clifton and Becky Smith of Olathe; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

■ Kathleen Wiler Corder, 92, Grand Junction, died Feb. 16, 2013, at her home.
No services are planned.
Ms. Corder was a secretary for the D & RGW Railroad.
Survivors include one daughter, Kathy Lee McPhearson of Grand Junction, and one brother, Benjamin H. Bell Jr. of Canon City.
■ Robert L. “Bob” Crim, 88, Delta, died Feb. 17, 2013, at Horizons Care Center.
Graveside services will be held June 4.
Mr. Crim was an electric lineman and was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include one son, Paul of Delta; one daughter, Sandra Crum of Grand Junction; three sisters, Edith Jardon of Delta, Beaulah Neel of Myrtle Creek, Ore., and Edna Stevens of Grand Junction; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
■ Janet K. Gibbons, 58, Grand Junction, died Feb. 16, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Palisade Funeral Home, followed by a gathering at Midlands Village clubhouse, 435 32 Road.
Survivors include her husband, Neal; one son, Neal II of Grand Junction; one daughter, Beth Johanna Kinney of Grand Junction; her father, Hubert Kinney of Grand Junction; one brother, Glenn R. Kinney of Clifton; and one sister, Julie A. Malmberg of Gateway.
■ Ruth C. Jacobs, 78, Grand Junction, died Feb. 14, 2013, in Grand Junction.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary, followed at 1 p.m. by interment at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado. A reception will immediately follow at New Day Ministries Church, 353 Second St. in Clifton.
Survivors include one son, Timothy Ashton of Hillsboro, Ore.; seven daughters, Lynn Griffin of Sedro Wooley, Wash., Sheryl Strople of Montrose, Beth Banke of Cherry Grove, Ore., Edith Jacobs and Emma Jacobs, both of Grand Junction, Dara Williams of Lake City, Fla., and Charleigh Burnett of Fairbanks, Alaska; two brothers, Raleigh Scovel of California and Teddie Hannum of Alaska; 38 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren.
■ Viola B. Ward, 95, Grand Junction, died Feb. 16, 2013, at Larchwood Inns.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary Chapel. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Fruita, followed by burial at New Elmwood Cemetery.
Ms. Ward was a cook.
Survivors include two sons, Roy Jr. of Grand Junction and Floyd of Fruita; one daughter, Betty R. Pettigrew of Huntsville, Ala.; one brother, Russell Douglas of Grants, N.M.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
