Display showcases the Plateau Valley

Plateau Valley’s Heritage will be celebrated Saturday and Sunday, May 29–30, in conjunction with Archaeology and Historic Preservation Month.

There will be displays and interpretive programs at the Vega State Park Visitor Center from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. both days. See historic local photos and listen to guest speakers, who will highlight the history of the park and Plateau Valley.

The events are free; however, vehicles entering Vega State Park must have a $6 vehicle day pass or an annual pass.

Vega State Park is at 15247 64 6/10 Road near Collbran.
