Do the local yokels actually believe that the NATIONAL park service will turn over control of usage within any park boundary to local control? I do find it interesting that industry insists that only CD3 representatives should carry legislation. Are they assuming that Tipton will be the representative forever. What would happen if SHOCK a Democrat were the CD3 representative? Anybody hear any rumors about Senator Schwartz taking on Tipton next go-round? I hope the rumors are true, she has a great reputation when it comes to thinking about more than hydrocarbons.
