Ex-manager of landfill back in court July 22
More time is needed to consider terms of a plea agreement for the former manager of the Mesa County landfill, according to records of a hearing Monday.
Bob Edmiston, 53, is scheduled to return to court July 22.
Edmiston is facing seven charges including felony counts of stalking and embezzlement of public property.
He is accused of stalking the wife of a county employee and using a county-owned Global Positioning System to track the woman’s whereabouts.
Edmiston was a county employee for 23 years and was the director of waste management since 1990.
He was fired from his position after being arrested on the allegations in May.
