Fat Tire Festival continues this weekend with rides, food, fun

The New Belgium Brewing Fruita Fat Tire Festival, which began Thursday, April 28, continues with plenty of rides, organized or not, near Fruita.

Join in the fun Friday, April 29, with an expo from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and a party on the Civic Center lawn from 6–10 p.m. Registration for rides is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday, April 30, will offer a free pancake breakfast at 8 a.m., registration from 10 a.m. to noon and an expo and bike demos from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Clunker Crit crazy bike race will be at 2 p.m. and the Saturday Night Festival Party will be from 6–10 p.m.

After rides on Sunday, May 1, there will be a coffee social from 3–5 p.m. at Over the Edge Sports.
