Fiesta Guadalajara celebrates grand opening

The first customers enjoy lunch at the new Fiesta Guadalajara Friday.

It was back to business as usual at the new Fiesta Guadalajara restaurant, 710 North Ave., which opened its brand new doors to the lunch crowd Friday morning.

Customers were blown away by the interior of the new building, complete with a “new-car smell” from the unused leather seating.

They were even happier when presented with the former, classic menu previously served at the old restaurant.

The new building seats 200 guests in 8,900 square feet. It includes a banquet hall, covered patio and a bar area.

The restaurant did not have any specials running, nor any events planned for the grand opening. Hours will continue to be the same as before — open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
