Most of the Grand Valley’s Edward Jones locations are collecting food this month for the Western Slope Food Bank of the Rockies.
Collection barrels for non-perishable food items have been placed in 11 branches from Palisade to Fruita in an effort to help feed those in need. Paper goods, pet food, personal care items, and kid-friendly foods are needed.
The Western Slope Food Bank of the Rockies supplies food to 147 nonprofit organizations on the Western Slope.
This is only one of several community projects the financial advisers and administrators at Edward Jones each year. It is a company that provides financial services to individual investors across the U.S.
