Fracking fluid spills in canyon
Colorado Highway 65 is closed temporarily Friday in both directions as emergency crews clean up a spill at mile marker 55 in Plateau Canyon. A 330-gallon container of fracking fluid on a BJ Services Co. truck was punctured, spilling about 100 gallons. None of the liquid reached nearby Plateau Creek.
