A story on page 5A Wednesday, “Garfield ends study of Antero drilling proposal,” should have said a health-impact study involving proposed drilling at Battlement Mesa was conducted by the Colorado School of Public Health at the University of Colorado Denver.

A story on page 2A Wednesday about National Merit Scholars should have said the 2,500 recipients named this week were all recipients of the $2,500 National Merit Scholarship. In April, 1,000 corporate-sponsored National Merit scholarships with stipends of $500 to $10,000 were awarded, and about 4,300 college-sponsored National Merit Scholarships will be awarded May 25 and July 11.
