A story on Page 3A Monday misreported the honor Carlotta Walls LaNier received from Congress for her actions in 1957 as part of the Little Rock Nine, nine black teenagers who braved mobs and other dangers to attend an all-white high school in Little Rock, Ark. LaNier received the Congressional Gold Medal.
