GJ study well ahead of nation on CT scans for lung cancer

Dr. William Kelley, who practices with Bechtel at the Western Colorado Lung Center, 1050 Wellington Ave., is one of several area physicians who participated in Bechtel’s study, the findings of which were confirmed by a recent national screening trial.

If it’s possible that there is a good place to have lung cancer, then that place is Grand Junction, and it has been for the past few years.
