Glenwood man dies in truck rollover

A Glenwood Springs man died when he lost control of the dump truck he was driving and rolled it off a road near Edwards, the Colorado State Patrol said Thursday.

Keith Cleghorn, 49, was pronounced dead at the scene Tuesday, troopers said.

Cleghorn was driving a 1994 Peterbilt dump truck, registered to Lyon Trucks Inc. of Avon, traveling north on Squaw Creek Road when he rolled the truck onto its passenger side. It then slid off the right side of the road and into a group of trees. The cab collapsed, pinning Cleghorn. Troopers said he was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash and neither drugs nor alcohol is suspected.
