It is a sad commentary that workers can’t depend on companies to provide a safe workplace. We keep hearing that we don’t need any regulation, but I’ll bet these workers just wish their employer had complied with the regulations, since now both their jobs and their health are in jepordy.

This isn’t every company and there are regulations about this.. Obviously, he violated.  I happened to have worked with Mr. Perkins and he “in my opinion” is a snake in the grass.  I feel saddened to hear he has screwed over yet more people.  Don’t judge the whole industry on one schmuck.
