Hickenlooper, Tipton scheduled to speak during Club 20 meeting
The spring meeting of Club 20 — scheduled for March 22-23 at the Colorado Mesa University Ballroom — will include appearances and remarks by Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper and 3rd Congressional District Representative Scott Tipton, the group announced Monday.
Tipton and Hickenlooper are scheduled to speak at 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., respectively, March 23. Club 20 says all times are subject to change.

On March 22, the Club 20 Board of Directors is scheduled to meet and discuss policy, and that evening the organization will recognize seven outstanding members.
In addition to Hickenlooper and Tipton, presentations are planned for Saturday on a number of key topics, including fracking, a study of water in the Colorado River basin and reform of the state’s school financing system.
State Sen. Mike Johnson and State Rep. Millie Hamner will be participating.
A discussion is also slated for Saturday about the recently released the draft BLM Travel Management Plan, with Field Office Manager Katie Stevens scheduled to present.
