Dan is about Bi-Partisanship, but all I have ever heard him do is insult and belittle his Opponents and the voters of Mesa County.

Dan has no knowledge of the Constitution of Colorado, if he did he would realize that 1). The legislative session is set by the Constitution and can only be changed by amending it; 2) Even if he shortened the length of the Legislative session he would still get paid for the full 120 days, so he would not save as much money as he says, and to change that also takes an amendment to the Constitution; and that it is illegal for the State to Lend Money and to change that takes an amendment to the Constitution. So basically, everything he has proposed would take a Constitutional Amendment not a Legislative Act, which means he proposes to do no work as a Legislator.

To save everyone the complaints, yes I am on the Board of the Republican Party and yes I do work with Ray’s campaign.

Kevin McCarney seems to have forgotten that the Colorado Constitution has been amended many, many times because it is so easy to do so…
