DENVER — Authorities are looking for a driver who was involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a jogger in Lakewood.

The Colorado State Patrol says the male jogger, who has not been identified, was hit at South Kipling Parkway and West Asbury Avenue just before 10 p.m. Saturday. He died at a hospital Sunday morning.

The Denver Post reports (http://bit.ly/19bBaUo ) witnesses saw a red or orange Chrysler PT Cruiser and a black sedan racing in the area at the time.

Investigators believe the PT Cruiser hit the jogger, and the car likely has damage to the front grill, hood, windshield and roof.
